The actress is selling the open-plan, single-storey house that overlooks the city's famous Sunset Strip that she has owned since 2005.
But after leasing it out in 2008, Cruz, 36, who also owns properties in Los Angeles and her native Madrid in Spain, has decided to sell up.
The Spanish star is asking for $3,695,000 (£2, 442,000) for the property which has beautiful views of the Hollywood Hills.
It boasts three bedrooms and bathrooms and an outdoor swimming pool complete with a sparse terrace decorated with beautiful white loungers and a dining table.
And for that extra bit of comfort to relax by the pool, the terrace also has a canopy bed for those lazy summer nights.

The Vanilla Sky star is currently in Paris shooting an advertising campaign for the new Lancome fragrance Tresor.
Penelope, who became the face of the scent last month, is in the French capital with acclaimed photographer Mario Testino, who is shooting the ad, and last week she was pictured hard at work with Testino on the balcony of the Hotel de Crillon.
