Christine Bleakley officially became a WAG yesterday as she turned up at Stamford Bridge to support Chelsea striker boyfriend Frank Lampard for the first time.

The television presenter's appearance at the match against Everton is the latest sign that the couple's blossoming relationship is going from strength to strength.

Christine, 30, was accompanied to the match by new best friend Amanda Holden, 38, who arrived at the ground draped in an Everton scarf.

Christine, however, appeared to take WAG-dom in her stride and wore towering Christian Louboutin heels to the match.

The pair sat in the Everton stands, so Christine's chants must have been kept to a minimum.

But the football rivalry didn't get in the way of the girls' friendship as they smiled and chatted during the game.

Despite Christine's show of solidarity, it seems the northern Irish beauty wasn't Lampard's lucky charm on this occasion as Chelsea drew 3-3 with Everton

After weeks of speculation, the couple only confirmed their relationship last month.

They have been taking things slowly, and have been cautious to announce their involvement with each other.

Bleakley and Lampard were introduced by Piers Morgan at the ITV1 Pride Of Britain awards on October 2 and have enjoyed dates at a Harvester restaurant in North London and the Hollywood Arms in Chelsea.

Lampard spilt from long-term love Elen Rives in February. They have two daughters together - four-year-old Luna and two-year-old Isla.

Last month Ms Rives, who is now known as Miss Rivas, was signed up as the body of Diamond Boutique, a range of lingerie by entrepreneur and star of The Apprentice Michelle Mone which is being sold through the supermarket giant.

Christine and Amanda's football outing yesterday comes after a recent night out on the town together.

The One Show presenter was snapped with Amanda in London's Knightsbridge looking in high spirits.

While the girls enjoyed a bit of quality time time together, Lampard was not far away, dining in Mayfair.

Mother-of-one Amanda told today of how she wept tears of joy after delivering a baby.

The Britain's Got Talent judge recently spent five weeks on a hospital maternity ward learning how to be a midwife as part on an ITV documentary Out Of My Depth.
