The first rule every young starlet is taught about being a celebrity is to avoid the VPL (Visible Panty Line) at all costs.But it seems Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan may have forgotten her training, as she stepped out in Manchester today wearing a highly unflattering pair of leggings.
The 20-year-old actress had clearly dressed for the sunshine in a lacy cropped top, tight leggings and killer Christian Louboutin heels, but had forgotten to eradicate her VPL before she left the house.

And it seems constantly wearing heels is taking its toll on Helen's feet, as the star appeared to have painful blisters on the back of her ankles.
But if she was uncomfortable, Helen didn't show it, as she made her way through Manchester carrying her favourite Chanel handbag.
Helen shot to fame playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, and has since secured herself a place in the WAG ranks by dating footballer Scott Sinclair.

She said recently: 'I'm so excited. We've just got a new producer and he's absolutely lovely. I'm really excited about the storylines for my character.
'I can't let on, but I think you'll see a change for my character. I'm really happy because she's going to become a lot nicer and hopefully the audience will like her better, so that should be good.'
