And how thrilled she looked yesterday, pictured in a sunglasses store in Los Angeles, apparently taking pictures of herself on her LG Fashion Touch phone.
But when it came to taking some personal calls she used another mobile, promoting speculation that she was merely using the situation as an opportunity to further promote her benfactor's product.
However, it does take a bit of time to get used to a new mobile, so may be she has only learned how to use the camera features on her new toy.
The actress, 35, spent some time in the shop on Sunset Boulevard trying on lots of pairs of glasses which she showed off to her friend.
She then pulled out her new red LG phone, as seen in the advert in which she is currently appearing with Victoria Beckham, to take some snaps

In the end, she settled on a pair of black Wayfarer Ray Bans which she even wore out of the shop.
She is co-starring in some TV adverts for the LG phone in which she and Victoria, 36, are seen laughing and joking together while Victoria talks on the new red phone.
